Stiamo cercando una figura con esperienza da inserire nel team nel nostro team Generative AI Center of Excellence di Deloitte Consulting nelle sedi di Milano e Roma, che lavorerà in modalità Hybrid.
Il business di Generative AI Center of Excellence si occupa di supportare i nostri clienti nella individuazione di soluzioni e modelli finalizzati al miglioramento della produttività, efficienza, qualità dei servizi offerti, anche con il supporto delle nuove tecnologie.
Siamo alla ricerca di un Prompt Engineer dinamico e di talento che sia parte integrante del nostro Generative AI Center of Excellence. Questo ruolo comporta non solo la progettazione e lo sviluppo di prompt per applicazioni di IA generativa, ma anche un ruolo chiave nell'analisi delle richieste del business.
La risorsa Experienced verrà inserita in un team di lavoro e si occuperà di:
Creare una libreria di soluzioni di IA generativa di alta qualità che aiuti gli utenti interni a trovare e visualizzare i prompt.
Innovare nella creazione e nel perfezionamento dei prompt per le applicazioni di IA generativa, garantendo l'allineamento con gli obiettivi del progetto e gli standard di qualità.
Collaborare con gli esperti di IA per perfezionare i modelli di IA, utilizzando i feedback dei messaggi e i dati sulle prestazioni.
Garantire processi di test e convalida rigorosi per tutti i prompt sviluppati.
Condurre sessioni di formazione e iniziative di divulgazione interna per favorire una comprensione e un'adozione diffusa delle pratiche di ingegneria dei prompt in tutta l'organizzazione.
Capacità di problem solving creativo e pensiero innovativo e di comunicazione, essenziali per la collaborazione in team e la diffusione efficace delle conoscenze.Conoscenza approfondita delle tecnologie di IA generativa e delle loro applicazioni pratiche.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlataEsperienza con i framework e gli strumenti NLP più diffusi e Linguaggio PythonEsperienza con modelli di base Familiarità con le normative e i regolamenti in materia di conformità, sicurezza ed etica relativi all'IA.Esperienza dimostrata in prompt engineering, sviluppo di modelli di intelligenza artificiale (come GPT-4, LaMa-2, T5, ecc)Laurea o master in informatica, ingegneria, linguistica o discipline correlate.
