PRODUCTION MANAGER
La nuova risorsa, riportando al Responsabile di Stabilimento, si occuperà della gestione e direzione della produzione, garantendo che tutti processi produttivi siano conformi alle capacità dell'impianto, ai requisiti del cliente, alla performance economica e alla pianificazione, accelerando il processo in base alle necessità.
In particolare, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Gestione diretta di 3 Responsabili di Reparto e indiretta di circa 220 operatori della produzione, promuovendo una cultura del lavoro di squadra, la responsabilità e l'apprendimento continuo;Direzione e Coordinamento delle operazioni quotidiane dell'impianto di produzione;Sviluppo dei processi per aumentare la produttività e migliorare le prestazioni;Formazione del personale, se necessario;Monitoraggio delle apparecchiature garantendo che siano in buone condizioni di funzionamento;Gestione dei costi di produzione, rispettando il budget assegnato e individuando misure di riduzione dei costi;Interfaccia con altri team, tra cui Ufficio Tecnico, Ingegneria, Qualità, R&D, Supply Chain, per guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo e migliorare l'efficienza operativa complessiva;Interfaccia con il team Sales e Customer Service per garantire un'accurata evasione degli ordini e consegne tempestive per ottenere la completa soddisfazione del cliente;Preparazione e presentazione di reportistica operativa alla Direzione, evidenziando i risultati ottenuti e dando suggerimento per eventuali miglioramenti.
Requisiti:
Il/la candidato/a ideale si presenta con i seguenti requisiti:
Laurea in ingegneria o formazione equivalente;Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo in contesto multinazionale strutturato (preferenziale provenienza dal settore Automotive, nella produzione di componenti, OEM);Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);Comprovate capacità di Leadership;Comprovata conoscenza delle metodologie Lean e strumenti applicativi;Competenza nell'utilizzo di software di produzione, sistemi ERP e strumenti di analisi dei dati;Pensiero analitico.
Si offre inserimento diretto a Tempo Indeterminato.
Inquadramento e RAL saranno commisurati all'effettiva esperienza del/la candidato/a prescelto/a.
