Master InternazionaleFluente conoscenza della lingua inglese e della lingua tedescaEsperienza come Marketing Director di brand internazionali del settore beautyPercorso lavorativo internazionale con aziende modernamente organizzateCapacità di gestione del team internoCapacità di confronto e coinvolgimento con tutti gli stakeholders, interni ed esterniComprensione delle esigenze e dei linguaggi dei consumatori domestici ed europeiDisponibilità a risiedere presso la sede ma anche frequenti viaggi e trasferte in ambito europeoInserimento presso azienda managerialeSviluppo della brand awareness soprattutto a livello europeoAmbiente competitivo orientato al raggiungimento dei risultatiContratto a livello dirigenziale con retribuzione adeguata + MBO + stock options + benefits.Sede di lavoro: Lombardia.
