- Commercial Support: Execute collection of local VoC/market insights.

- Product Support: Provide input on NPIs and lifecycle management specific to country.
- Reimbursement Strategies: Define reimbursement strategies/needs within each country.
- Market Access Needs: Identify country market access needs.
- Commercial Support and Execution: Support sales team and commercial partners through field visits to key customers.
- Account Targeting: Account targeting based on the country tactics.
- Financial Planning: Provide input on regional financial plans.
- Operational Excellence: Manage local OpEx budgets.
- Revenue Targets: Key inputs on revenue targets/country with KPIs.
- Product and Technical Support: Provide product and technical support to the field.
- Bid and Tender Management: Contribute to bids & tender management.
- Medical Education and Sales Education: Provide input on training topics and frequency.
- Material Translations and Deployment: Oversee material translations and deployment.
- Country OpEx Budget and Local Programs: Define country OpEx budget & local programs for MedEd.
- Key Opinion Leaders and Networks: Engage country KOLs & networks.
- Medical Education Ownership: Ownership of MedEd (national & resident programs) & compliance process.
- Sales Education: Sales education in-country trainings according to SalesEd plans.
Authorities and Qualifications
- Authorities: Authorities are related to local budget management and leadership on local events.
- Qualifications and Experience: Relevant educational background (MBA in Marketing, Management, Economics, etc.).
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Financial Acumen and Excel Proficiency: Financial acumen and Excel proficiency.
- Business Acumen and Advanced Analytical Skills: Business acumen and advanced analytical skills.
- Marketing Qualifications: Marketing qualifications (preferred).
- Travel Requirements: The ability and commitment to travel with some nights away from home.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 Years of Sales Experience: Minimum of 4 years successful sales experience in medical devices.
- Minimum of 2 Years of Sales Management Experience: Minimum of two years successful sales management experience (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 Years of Marketing Experience: Minimum of two years marketing experience with demonstrable product management success (essential).
Business Travel
Availability to travel locally and internationally for Business reasons may be required up to 50% of the time.
