All'interno della Divisione Bancassurance, si ricerca una persona che, a riporto del Responsabile Sviluppo Servizi Bancassurance Danni, opererà in sinergia con le Compagnie Captive del Gruppo e con le funzioni coinvolte della Banca per individuare nuove opportunità di mercato, elaborare concept di prodotto e gestire il mantenimento e l'evoluzione dell'offerta assicurativa protezione, in linea con le esigenze della Clientela.Attività:Contribuire alla realizzazione del piano prodotti nel rispetto della strategia, delle esigenze commerciali e dell'orientamento del mercato per i diversi canali distributivi;Supportare il Business Line Manager nella gestione e coordinamento, in collaborazione con le Compagnie, delle attività funzionali alla messa in distribuzione dei nuovi prodotti e alla revisione e adeguamento dell'offerta a catalogo anche attraverso la stesura dei requisiti di business;Monitorare i trend assicurativi ed il posizionamento dell'offerta attraverso benchmarking di mercato;Collaborare alla predisposizione della POG del distributore;Supportare il monitoraggio dei prodotti post lancio per garantire l'adeguatezza nel tempo per il mercato di riferimento a cui sono destinati;Seguire l'evoluzione legislativa, curandone l'approfondimento di aspetti di mercato, normativi e tecnici, e gli impatti sul distributore;Presidiare, in collaborazione con le Compagnie assicurative, la redazione del materiale formativo, di comunicazione e contrattuale.
