Job Description Riportando alla Direzione Aziendale, e gestendo un team di collaboratori, la risorsa avrà le seguenti responsabilità:


Leadership HR: Fornire supporto e guida al team HR, supervisionando le attività quotidiane. Collaborare con la direzione per il mantenimento di strategie HR efficaci. Processi HR: Gestire l'intero ciclo di vita dei dipendenti: payroll; ricerca e selezione, assunzione e onboarding e formazione e sviluppo. Assicurare l'adeguata applicazione delle procedure HR. Relazioni con i dipendenti: essere un punto di contatto per le questioni dei dipendenti, fornendo consulenza e supporto in materia di diritto del lavoro, benefit, risoluzione di conflitti e questioni disciplinari. Mantenere un clima lavorativo positivo e promuovere l'engagement dei dipendenti. Mantenere una conoscenza approfondita delle leggi del lavoro, delle normative e delle politiche aziendali e assicurare la conformità in tutti gli aspetti HR. Assicurarsi che le pratiche di assunzione, la gestione delle performance e le politiche HR siano allineate alle normative vigenti. Sviluppo dei dipendenti: Identificare le esigenze di formazione e sviluppo, progettare e fornire programmi di formazione mirati. Supportare i dipendenti nello sviluppo delle loro competenze e dei percorsi di carriera. Competenze ed esperienza - Laurea in Giurisprudenza, Risorse Umane, Psicologia, un campo correlato.

- Approccio solare e positivo

- Ottima capacità di comunicazione e competenze interpersonali.

- Conoscenza approfondita del diritto del lavoro, delle normative e delle practice HR.

- Capacità di gestire processi HR, incluso payroll e recruiting.

- Orientamento ai risultati, con capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione.

- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti e sistemi HR, come software di gestione paghe.

- Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e risolvere problemi.
