Inserimento iniziale di 12 mesi con FISSO MENSILE; Percorso di crescita professionalizzante; Formazione quotidiana. Descrizione:
Il candidato ideale avrà almeno 2 o 3 anni di esperienza nel settore e dovrà gestire l'assistenza tecnica ed informatica rivolta a tutti i dipendenti, da remoto e in loco, presso la sede aziendale. Inoltre, fornirà supporto nel continuo aggiornamento del sistema informativo, con l'obiettivo di migliorare la gestione del servizio stesso.
Responsabilità:
Configurazione hardware e software per PC, stampanti, telefoni VoIP, smartphone; Gestione e monitoraggio delle richieste degli utenti, da remoto e in loco, tramite il sistema di ticketing Help Desk; Preparazione/installazione/aggiornamento di PC/licenze/sostituzione di parti hardware; Risoluzione dei problemi tecnici e supporto; Gestione dei dispositivi e delle loro funzionalità (stampanti/Wi-Fi/PC/proiettori); Gestione amministrativa dei fornitori IT (preventivi e ordini); Requisiti:
Diploma di maturità informatica o partecipazione a corsi tecnici specifici; Conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese; Conoscenza dell'hardware informatico; Esperienza pregressa, anche breve, nel settore informatico nelle stesse mansioni; Conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta (B2). Si offre un contratto a tempo determinato per sostituzione maternità.
