Tell us about yourself: We are looking for a passionate Junior Video Content Creator to join us on a part-time basis support our expansion into the Italian market.
Our new hire will be based in Italy and work in a remote modality. Due to the needs of this position, there is no relocation assistance for this role. 
Responsibilities: Share daily our best deals on Instagram Stories and TikTok, ensuring high-quality and engaging contentDevelop and implement effective strategies to grow our audience and increase engagement on Instagram and TikTok, using a data-driven approach to constantly test and optimize resultsIdentify and build relationships with key influencers and community members, fostering a sense of community and loyalty among our usersKeep up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platformsRespond to user comments, questions, and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate and execute social media campaigns during special events, promotions, or partnershipsAssist with creating and curating high-quality visual content for social media platforms, adhering to Pepper brand identityQualifications: You are a native Italian speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms, including algorithms and best practices.Experience in growing social media reach and engagementAnalytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insightsKeen eye for detail and strong visual aestheticsTime management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTeam player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independentlyInterest in or familiarity with the deals and discount industry is a plusExperience in social media management, community management, or a related field is a plus
