creare un ambiente accogliente nel punto vendita per offrire ai nostri clienti un'esperienza di acquisto unica costruire, guidare e sviluppare un team eterogeneo e garantire un'atmosfera di lavoro eccellente gestire bilanci e operazioni del punto vendita per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita, ottimizzare i servizi e migliorare la soddisfazione dei clienti sostenere e implementare la strategia NIKE nel punto vendita (ad es. sostenibilità, membership, servizi digitali) fornire informazioni per un posizionamento ottimizzato del punto vendita nella regione locale assicurarti che il negozio rispetti tutti gli standard e le linee guida NIKE collaborare con i partner commerciali tra negozi diversi e la sede centraleCiò che ottieni:
