Senior Leasing Manager Fidenza, IT, 43036 Full Time Something Extraordinary Every Day As our Senior Leasing Manager, you will ensure that all the activities related to the Leasing Department run smoothly and profit is maximized in order to achieve the Fidenza Village business goals, leveraging the Brand mix and Brand performance to meet the business vision.
The role is hybrid and is offered on a full-time permanent contract.
This offer is available also for candidates belonging to protected categories as line with law 68/99, article 18.
What you will be doing Prospect, sell and negotiate financial, commercial and contractual terms to finalize deals with strategically identified brands for Fidenza upon the supervision of the Leasing Director Manage all day to day Leasing activities ensuring they are well established according the timeline as well as integrated with Village activities and priorities Support Leasing Director to manage the annual budget process (including the approval process) and contribute to all planning processes affecting the Brand Mix and Acquisition strategy.
Participate, track and report the commercialization calls and/or Brands meetings when required ensuring follow up actions are clearly cascaded to relevant parties Co-ordinate and support Commercial negotiations and all related documentation for all deals in Fidenza Work closely with the Leasing and Retail Team to drive proactively an evolving remerchandising process of upgrading the mix of brands at the Village Liaise with the Retail Department to determine and monitor Brand performance levels Provide reports of regular visit (to be done together with the Retail Team) of the competition within the Italian market Create and/or contribute to compelling presentations for the purpose of externally selling and promoting Fidenza Village Support the Central Leasing Commercialization Director in the hand over process and development of key Brand relationships for Fidenza Share best practice with other European Villages and Central teams to knowledge share and leverage existing relationships with brands Develop effective relationships within Central Value Retail colleagues including Brand Captain and Leasing Team in the Bicester Collection Fully use Value Retail systems, technology and 'apps' to fulfil the above duties The role is not solely inclusive of the tasks listed above.
