Senior International Markets Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior International Markets Manager to join our team at Bicester Village. As a key member of our International Markets and Partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our international markets strategy, driving high-spending domestic and international tourism, and achieving footfall, spend, and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive international markets strategy, identifying and targeting key source markets for Bicester Village.
- Define and execute a travel trade strategy, tourism execution plan, and tourism marketing plan for the region, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of the tourism plan and achieve footfall objectives, working closely with the Marketing Team and other departments.
- Build and maintain crucial relationships with travel trade partners, including airlines, banks, and National Tourism Organisations, to drive business growth and achieve objectives.
- Develop and manage key relationships with domestic and source Tour Operations and travel trade partners to maximise domestic tourism to Bicester Village.
- Attend relevant conference calls and ensure good communications with all representative offices, maintaining a strong network of contacts and partners.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and other departments to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Monitor the travel trade market and trends, providing regular updates and summaries of key partnership strategies and tourism trends.
- Develop and manage comprehensive monthly reports for the function and distribution, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in senior management, with experience in the travel industry, focusing on China and SEA markets. You will have a deep understanding of the tourism market, luxury brands, and the ability to develop and execute effective partnership strategies. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent presentation skills and the ability to work well with all levels across the business.
You will have a passion for fashion and an understanding of the international fashion industry and brands, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be fluent in English and the local Village language, with a broad cosmopolitan mindset and a deep knowledge of the tourism market and how retail/shopping fits with other products.
