About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior International Markets Manager to join our team at Bicester Village. As a key member of our International Markets and Partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our international markets strategy, driving high-spending domestic and international tourism, and achieving footfall, spend, and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive international markets strategy, identifying and targeting key source markets for Bicester Village.
  • Define and execute a travel trade strategy, tourism execution plan, and tourism marketing plan for the region, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of the tourism plan and achieve footfall objectives, working closely with the Marketing Team and other departments.
  • Build and maintain crucial relationships with travel trade partners, including airlines, banks, and National Tourism Organisations, to drive business growth and achieve objectives.
  • Develop and manage key relationships with domestic and source Tour Operations and travel trade partners to maximise domestic tourism to Bicester Village.
  • Attend relevant conference calls and ensure good communications with all representative offices, maintaining a strong network of contacts and partners.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team and other departments to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor the travel trade market and trends, providing regular updates and summaries of key partnership strategies and tourism trends.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive monthly reports for the function and distribution, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
About You

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in senior management in the travel industry, with a strong focus on China and SEA markets. You will have extensive knowledge of the Italian market and experience in account management of multi-layered sales and marketing partnerships. You will be a strong relationship manager with excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work well with all levels across the business. You will also have a deep knowledge of the tourism market and how retail/shopping fits with other products, as well as experience in loyalty/frequent flyer/credit card programmes within the tourism, hospitality, premium, or luxury brand segment.

You will be a team player with excellent organisation skills, a methodical approach, and an eye for detail. You will be able to work well with all levels across the business, able to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision. You will be fluent in English and the local Village language.
