Join Our Team as a Senior International Markets Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for international markets? Do you have a knack for developing and executing strategic plans that drive business growth? We're looking for a talented Senior International Markets Manager to join our team at Bicester Village.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international markets strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel trade partners, airlines, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and target key source markets for Bicester Village to increase tourism and revenue.
  • Work with the International Markets & Partnerships Director to develop and implement effective marketing plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international markets management with a strong understanding of luxury brands.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
