About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Leasing Manager to join our team at Bicester Village. As a key member of our Leasing Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our leasing activities and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, sell, and negotiate financial, commercial, and contractual terms with strategically identified brands to finalize deals.
  • Manage all day-to-day leasing activities, ensuring they are well-established according to the timeline and integrated with Village activities and priorities.
  • Support the Leasing Director in managing the annual budget process and contributing to all planning processes affecting the Brand Mix and Acquisition strategy.
  • Participate in commercialization calls and/or brand meetings, tracking and reporting follow-up actions to relevant parties.
  • Coordinate and support commercial negotiations and related documentation for all deals in Fidenza.
  • Work closely with the Leasing and Retail Team to drive proactive remerchandising processes and upgrade the mix of brands at the Village.
  • Liaise with the Retail Department to determine and monitor brand performance levels.
  • Provide regular visit reports of the competition within the Italian market.
  • Create and/or contribute to compelling presentations for externally selling and promoting Fidenza Village.
  • Support the Central Leasing & Commercialization Director in the handover process and development of key brand relationships for Fidenza.
  • Share best practices with other European Villages and Central teams to knowledge share and leverage existing relationships with brands.
  • Develop effective relationships within Central Value Retail colleagues, including Brand Captain and Leasing Team in the Bicester Collection.
  • Fully utilize Value Retail systems, technology, and 'apps' to fulfill the above duties.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of Real Estate, with specific expertise on outlet markets, full-price shops, and an in-depth knowledge of fashion brands and food & beverage.
  • Solid local and/or international experience in Real Estate development, or the development of new stores, franchises, or brands.
  • A genuine interest and in-depth understanding of luxury fashion and up-market brands, as well as food & beverage new trends.
  • A good knowledge of leading players and decision-makers for brands and a high-quality network of contacts in the fashion industry, particularly in the Italian and international markets.
  • A real talent for negotiation, demonstrating creativity in convincing senior executives at leading brands from various countries, cultures, and disciplines.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work with an agile and open-minded set in a complex and multinational work environment alongside talented and strong-minded colleagues.
  • Rigor and attention to detail in all aspects of negotiations and follow-up steps.
  • A good critical thinking to contribute with energy to new ideas to the business.
  • Organizational skills and a positive attitude.
