Calzavara Spa, azienda solida, strutturata e in via di espansione in ambito telecomunicazioni, videosorveglianza e luci di segnalazione ostacolo al volo, ricerca per la propria sede di Basiliano un SYSTEM ENGINEER.

Obiettivi: Garantire la client satisfaction attraverso l'attività di consulenza tecnica interna ed esterna sul prodotto;Contribuire alla crescita della competitività aziendale con soluzioni tecniche innovative e di elevata qualità. Responsabilità: Aumentare internamente il livello di conoscenza tecnica / tecnologica delle soluzioni proposte al Cliente;Orientare l'esigenza del Cliente verso soluzioni tecnicamente efficienti e di valore aggiunto per l'Azienda;Fornire ai Sales adeguato e aggiornato materiale tecnico in supporto al processo di vendita. Principali attività svolte: Analizzare i prodotti della concorrenza, le strategie di vendita e il posizionamento sul mercato di settore per rendere più attrattive ed efficaci le proposte commerciali;Svolgere attività di scouting sul mercato per il reperimento di nuove soluzioni tecniche, proponendo miglioramenti rispetto alle tecnologie in essere;Formare i Sales sulle caratteristiche e funzionalità dei prodotti proposti e i relativi vantaggi competitivi;Affiancare i Sales nei processi di vendita strategici, fornendo adeguato supporto nella presentazione tecnica delle soluzioni proposte e nella corretta comprensione delle esigenze del Cliente;Collaborare con il Marketing per la modifica dei materiali tecnici di vendita (brochure, presentazioni) e creare nuovi contenuti per supportare i Sales nella presentazione dell'offerta al Cliente;Rispondere alle richieste del Cliente rispetto i requisiti tecnici delle soluzioni proposte;Collaborare con l'Engineering (Progettazione), fornendo le informazioni necessarie all'elaborazione del progetto;Collaborare con l'Operations e formare lo staff tecnico-operativo sulle specifiche tecniche di nuove soluzioni prima dell'avvio delle attività on field. Requisiti: Istruzione: Laurea in Ingegneria con specializzazione in ambito elettronico/informatico o di tecnologia dell'informazione. Esperienza: esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni maturata nella vendita tecnica di sistemi di sicurezza o prodotti analoghi. Competenze tecniche: approfondite conoscenze relative alle tecnologie di rete, software e hardware, in particolare applicate ai sistemi di sicurezza e videosorveglianza; conoscenze dei principali SO (Windows, Mac, Linux) e delle principali piattaforme cloud. Competenze trasversali: capacità analitiche e decisionali, apertura al cambiamento, elevate capacità negoziali e comunicative e di pianificazione e progettazione delle attività. Competenze linguistiche: conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese (B2). Sede di lavoro: Basiliano (UD), Bologna (BO).
