DESCRIPTIONAs an Enterprise Account Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Cloud Computing.
Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, with the goals of maximizing customer success and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess both the business acumen to drive engagements at the CXO (executive) level as well as a technical sales background that enables them to engage with software developers and IT architects.
You should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a list of named accounts coverage plan and consistently deliver results.
You will have the ability to qualify and prioritize an extremely high volume of potential opportunities and inquiries.Key job responsibilitiesWork with the segment Manager to help define marketing strategy and identify opportunities to drive business expansion in a defined territory.Develop and execute against a named account plan, meeting and exceeding your targets.Manage accounts concurrently and strategically.Effectively manage a high volume of inquiries from customers.Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.Ensure customer satisfaction.Regular travel across the related territory.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience as a quota carrying technology field sales individual, or business development professional.Experience coordinating multiple members of the sales team dedicated to a particular account, such as Inside Sales, Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, etc.Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategies.Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and other lines of business.Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects to Enterprise Customers.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSA technical or educational background in engineering or computer science.Experience selling cloud solutions.Cross-functional selling experience (Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services, Partner, and ISV).
