**Pacifico Energy Partners GmbH ("Pacifico") **è una società di energia rinnovabile specializzata nello sviluppo di impianti eolici e solari, nonché nello sviluppo di tecnologie innovative quali le batterie e l'idrogeno verde.
Sviluppiamo progetti greenfield, ripotenziamo impianti esistenti, forniamo servizi di asset management all'avanguardia e facilitiamo l'acquisizione di impianti operativi e chiavi in mano.
Per il nostro nuovo ufficio di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di collaboratori pratici per supportare il nostro team italiano in crescita.
La posizione sarà basata a Milano e lavorerà per la nostra nuova filiale Pacifico Energy Italia.
**Le tue responsabilità'**
**Assistenza legale funzionale all'attività di sviluppo **I** **Sarai responsabile dell'attività legale relativa a tutti i progetti (fotovoltaici e batteria) del team di sviluppo, dal supporto nella verifica documentale iniziale (c.d.
Due Diligence) e nella risoluzione di tutte le eventuali criticità ad essa collegata, alla revisione/redazione di contratti di varia natura, come ad esempio con proprietari terrieri e partner di sviluppo.
**Supporto nel procedimento autorizzativo e di connessione alla rete elettrica I** Supporterai il team di sviluppo nei procedimenti autorizzativi e di connessione alla rete elettrica dei vari progetti, approfondendo le varie modifiche normative e trasferendole al resto del team, e sarai responsabile delle eventuali azioni legali da intraprendere al fine di accelerare tali procedimenti.
**Collaborazione interna ed esterna **I** **Collaborerai a stretto contatto sia con i vari componenti del team di sviluppo che con i nostri partner legali esterni.
**Requisiti**
**Formazione **I** Hai conseguito un diploma di laurea (triennale o magistrale) in giurisprudenza
**Esperienza di lavoro **I** Hai un'esperienza lavorativa precedente nel settore delle rinnovabili, preferibilmente in un ruolo analogo, di almeno 2 anni
**Mentalità imprenditoriale **I** Hai la capacità di vedere il quadro generale e di lavorare con una struttura societaria complessa.
Ti piace risolvere le sfide complicate e costruire una nuova struttura aziendale dando direttamente il tuo contributo.
**Mentalità di lavoro agile **I** Una mentalità assertiva e proattiva, eccellenti capacità organizzative e una mentalità goal-oriented ti aiuterà ad avere successo in questo ruolo.
Sei resistente e sai mantenete il sangue freddo in situazioni dinamiche.

Hai un'ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese.
La conoscenza del tedesco è un vantaggio.
