Le figure che ricerchiamo avranno un ruolo chiave in questo processo di transizione dal momento che saranno focalizzate sul Cliente.
Il _Client Experience Account_ riporterà al Director del team e lavorerà in partnership con i team commerciali assicurando una transizione ottimale alla nuova piattaforma e a tutti gli applicativi che la stessa renderà possibili, allo stesso tempo gestirà i piani di upgrade dei singoli clienti.
La conoscenza della lingua inglese, la familiarità con soluzioni tecnologiche e la capacità di lavorare in team multi-funzionali sia in presenza che in remoto rappresentano requisiti fondamentali.
