La figura che stiamo cercando sarà responsabile di definire, pianificare e implementare la strategia di trasformazione aziendale, assicurando che tutti i processi, i sistemi e le strutture siano allineati agli obiettivi di crescita e competitività dell'azienda .Il ruolo richiede una forte capacità di leadership, esperienza nella gestione del cambiamento e un approccio pratico per garantire che le iniziative di trasformazione siano efficacemente eseguite e portino risultati misurabili.Responsabilità principali:Sviluppare e implementare una strategia di trasformazione aziendale in linea con la visione e gli obiettivi a lungo termine dell'azienda.Guidare e coordinare progetti di trasformazione in tutte le funzioni aziendali, ottimizzando processi, tecnologie e flussi di lavoro.Identificare e analizzare le aree di miglioramento all'interno dell'organizzazione, proponendo soluzioni innovative e pragmatiche.Collaborare con il team di leadership per garantire che tutte le iniziative di cambiamento siano integrate e coerenti con le priorità aziendali.Gestire la comunicazione e il cambiamento culturale all'interno dell'organizzazione, assicurando il coinvolgimento e l'adozione delle nuove pratiche da parte di tutti i dipendenti.Monitorare e misurare l'efficacia delle iniziative di trasformazione, utilizzando KPI e metriche per valutare il progresso e apportare modifiche quando necessario.Assicurare la conformità e l'efficienza operativa, migliorando i processi e riducendo i costi senza compromettere la qualità del prodotto o del servizio.Promuovere una cultura dell'innovazione e del miglioramento continuo, ispirando il team a pensare in modo creativo e ad abbracciare il cambiamento.Requisiti:Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, Business Administration o un campo correlato; un MBA o un master saràconsiderato un plus.Almeno 7-10 anni di esperienza in ruoli di senior management, preferibilmente con un focus sulla trasformazione aziendale o gestione del cambiamento.Esperienza comprovata nella pianificazione e implementazione di iniziative strategiche in contesti aziendali dinamici e complessi.Forti competenze in analisi di business, gestione dei progetti e gestione del cambiamento.Eccellenti capacità di leadership e comunicazione, con un approccio collaborativo e orientato al team.Capacità di lavorare sia a livello strategico che operativo, gestendo sia la visione a lungo termine che i dettagli quotidiani.Esperienza nel gestire un budget e nell'ottimizzare le risorse.Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese.#J-18808-Ljbffr
