Responsabilità principali: Marketing e Promozione Sviluppare strategie di marketing per attrarre nuovi soci. Mantenere e migliorare l'immagine del club attraverso campagne promozionali e pubblicitarie. Gestire la comunicazione interna ed esterna, i social media e le newsletter del club e mantenere un'immagine esclusiva e attraente. Curare e promuovere la cultura del club, assicurandosi che rispecchi i valori e le aspettative degli iscritti. Gestione Operativa Servizio ai Soci Assicurare un elevato livello di servizio ai soci. Mantenere rapporti stretti con i soci, rispondendo prontamente a feedback, richieste, domande o problemi per migliorare l'esperienza del club. Organizzare e gestire eventi sociali, sportivi e culturali per i membri del club che favoriscano la socializzazione e il networking. Creare e promuovere un ambiente accogliente e inclusivo per tutti i membri. Sviluppare strategie di comunicazione per tenere i membri informati sulle attività e le novità del club. Amministrazione Finanziaria Preparare e gestire il budget. Monitorare e controllare le spese e i ricavi. Gestire la raccolta delle quote associative e altre entrate. Gestione delle Relazioni: Costruire e mantenere relazioni con i soci, i fornitori e la comunità locale. Rappresentare il club in eventi e incontri esterni. Collaborare con la Direzione generale per implementare politiche e strategie. Conformità e Sicurezza Assicurare che il club sia conforme a tutte le normative locali, regionali e nazionali. Garantire la sicurezza e la protezione dei membri e del personale. Requisiti: Precedente esperienza in un ruolo di gestione, preferibilmente nel settore dell'ospitalità o dei club privati, in alternativa nel luxury goods. Capacità di guidare e motivare una squadra, capacità relazionali, versatilità e dinamicità. Laurea in gestione aziendale, ospitalità, marketing o un campo correlato è spesso preferibile, ma l'esperienza rilevante può essere altrettanto importante. Sede di lavoro: Roma J-18808-Ljbffr
