Descripción del puesto Se necesita personal administrativo con conocimiento del neerlandés y ofimática. Funciones: trabajos administrativos, gestiones burocráticas y asistir al abogado en las compraventas. Jornada completa o parcial en horario de mañana/tarde o solo mañanas.
Se necesita personal de recepción/administración. Se ofrece jornada completa de 35 horas semanales. Jornada intensiva a turnos rotativos: turno de mañana (8:00 a 14:00 h), turno de tarde (de 14:00 a 20:00 h).
Se precisa PINTOR A PISTOLA. Con experiencia en pintura del automóvil, lacado de muebles o similar. CONTRATO INICIAL TEMPORAL CONVERTIBLE POSTERIORMENTE A INDEFINIDO.
Labores propias del puesto de limpieza: mopeado, fregado, limpieza de polvo, limpieza de zonas comunes, recogida de papeleras, etc. Disponibilidad para trabajar de Lunes a Domingo (con los descansos correspondientes).
Se precisa persona encargado/a de mantenimiento de piscinas y jardines. Nociones básicas de fontanería y electricidad para realizar pequeñas reparaciones.
