Job Title: Personal Assistant to Gm

Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Personal Assistant to support the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks for the GM, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of internal and external meetings.
  • Communication Management: Act as the point of contact between the GM and internal/external stakeholders, managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for the GM, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries.
  • Confidentiality: Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Project Support: Assist the GM in special projects as needed, including liaising with other departments and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality or high-end service industries.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
