The?HR department within American Express operates with a simple premise that people are our most valuable resource.Main Responsibilities:Providing high impact solutions to business challenges using insights, data and analysis to influence outcomes and delivering great colleague's experience to ensure colleague advocacy and to drive an integrated and excellent colleague experienceLeading talent efforts to strengthen colleague capabilities, drive business performance, and develop leaders who can lead, manage, and sustain change, supporting the design and deployment of market specific Career Growth strategy and growing a diverse and representative talent pipeline to fuel business momentum in the market.Engaging actively in organizational efficiency and change efforts, with strong project management and flawless executionLeading with external perspective, improve and communicate our Colleague Value Proposition to innovate, gain competitive advantage and strengthen our position as Employer of Choice.Partner with the Talent Acquisition team for crafting and implementing robust Employer Branding strategy for the market ensuring an outstanding end to end experience to candidates in order to attract best talents.Integrating inclusive leadership behaviors and ensuring a diverse workforce that is representative of our customers and the communities in which we operateTo be successful in this role you will bring:6 years+ experience in HR role, with focus on talent management and employer branding.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated familiarity with communications planning and executionAbility to handle and analyze large data sets frequently for a large colleague base, offering insight to senior leadershipAbility to build effective relationships and provide consultancy and advice to senior business stakeholdersExcellent project management skills with the proven track record to lead and flawlessly deliver large scale strategic projects and initiativesAbility to manage time and multiple priorities effectivelyBusiness Acumen and ability influence in a matrix organizationItalian speaker; Proficient in EnglishQualificationsWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
