Email Our client, leading consulting company, is currently looking for a:Customer Experience ManagerMain Task/Activities:Mapping and redesigning the customer experience throughout the customer journey, with the aim of optimizing omni-channel engagement while also streamlining the enabling operating processesDeveloping customer listening and feedback system, correlating them with operating performance in order to identify customer-driven transformation initiativesManaging large-scale digital transformation projects helping companies to innovate their development processes for the launch of new products and servicesDeveloping analytical models, incorporating internal and external signals in order to maximize the use of data in designing the customer experience and/or developing new servicesRequirements:Degree in Management Engineering nice to have, or other like Business, Quantitative MarketingAt least 6 years of experience in similar consulting services in the customer areaPassion and a strong desire to transform and impact the customer experienceCustomer experience excellenceDigital transformation and development of new digital relationship channels (apps, websites, social media, etc.)Customer value management/customer data and analyticsCustomer care optimization and CRMDevelopment and digitalization of sales networks and store networksLeadership, flexibility, problem solving, team and client managementEnglish fluent, preferably with study and/or work experience abroadLocation: Rome (Hybrid position)Customer Relationship Management ManagerSELEZIONE PER DISTRICT MANAGER - SEGMENTO PMI E CORPORATERisk Management & Quality Senior ManagerManager - Change Management Tecnologico - Strategy & OrganizationSenior Manager - Change Management Tecnologico - Strategy & Organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
