REMEMBER: Before applying, you must inform your direct supervisor and/or Hotel Director, and your HR manager of your interest in participating in the internal selection process. Your line manager will not have the authority to authorize or halt your application, but must be properly informed.
Key Responsibilities: Operations: Lead all restaurant operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Oversee menus, promotions, and operational checks.Economic-Financial: Manage the department's budget and financial performance, ensuring goals are met.Human Resources: Support team development through training, promote employee wellness, and foster a positive work environment.Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional service, handle customer incidents, and exceed guest expectations through personalized dining experiences.Health & Safety: Maintain a safe work environment and comply with safety protocols.Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Advanced knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and Office 365.Fluent in English (additional language skills a plus).Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.At Meliá we are all VIP Great professionals who make everyday life easier and exceptional.
