For our stunning resort in Lazise located on Garda Lake, one of the most beautiful lakes in Italy, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Operations Manager with solid background in the hospitality field with special focus on F&B and SPA services.

What we offerPermanent employment contractSupport in reconciling work and family lifeEurope-wide employee app "LEAPP"Discounts on accommodation and in the restaurants of the Fattal Hotel GroupTraining and development programmes at our Leonardo AcademyTeam eventsYour Main DutiesEnsuring the smooth running of the hotel, where all areas of the business are managed and the guest service experience is delivered to the highest levelsInspiring and motivating the team to achieve operational excellence while delivering the company visionMeeting and greeting guests and VIPs, as well as regular guests, recognizing and anticipating their individual needsHandling of guest's complaintFormulating budgets and preparing monthly revenue/expense forecastsEnsuring the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guestsMeeting with managers of departments such as restaurant and spa to discuss business operationsSupervising maintenance, suppliers, renovations and furnishingsEnsuring security is effectiveBuilding and maintaining effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and business partnersCarrying out inspections of property and services with consistencyPromoting and marketing the businessYour ProfileBE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourselfDegree and/or diploma in hotel management or other related fieldsMinimum of 5 years operational management experienceSolid background in international hospitality companies with particular focus on F&B and Wellness/SPA departmentsRevenue management skills with experience of budgets, P&L and forecastingFinancial acumenEntrepreneurs skillsReliable, organized and pro-active with strong communications skillsFluent in English and in Italian.
