La Società nostra cliente è un'azienda italiana con presenza in Italia ed estero, con produzioni di grande serie che ci ha incaricato di ricercare l': Operations Manager Sede di lavoro: Veneto Il Ruolo Il candidato, rispondendo al Direttore Generale, avrà la responsabilità di tutte le attività operative della Società (acquisti, programmazione, produzione, ufficio tecnico, QHSE e logistica) guidandone la continua organizzazione e il potenziamento in un'ottica industriale di sviluppo.
Si occuperà di rafforzare tutte le fasi della Supply Chain.
Avrà la responsabilità di coordinare e pianificare la produzione, ottimizzando i processi, lavorando a stretto contatto con l'area produttiva per raggiungere e mantenere i livelli di servizio richiesti dall'azienda.
Il candidato avrà responsabilità degli aspetti economici inerenti alle attività operations.
Cerchiamo un profilo che sia capace di ottimizzazione i processi con focus sul miglioramento delle fasi produttive e di programmazione così da consentire una maggiore collaborazione ed interazione delle attività.
Nel dettaglio si occuperà di: Gestione della produzione e programmazione/pianificazione Supervisione dell'area acquisti in ottica di ottimizzazione costi di acquisto di materie prime e della manodopera Relazione con i fornitori (rafforzare le partnership e contribuire allo sviluppo organizzativo e operativo) Implementazione di nuovi processi e procedure in ottica di efficientamento Coordinamento delle attività logistiche in/out bound Gestione del team di lavoro – motivazione e sviluppo delle competenze di riferimento Predisposizione reportistica e conseguenti azioni di miglioramento per efficientare i costi Definizione, insieme al Direttore Generale, di eventuali nuovi investimenti per l'area produzione Supporto nella preparazione di business plan, budget, forecast e report nei confronti sia del Management sia verso il fondo di investimento Gestione di un gruppo di persone nell'area operations I Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria o comunque con background tecnico Esperienza di almeno 6-8 anni maturata in ruolo similare nel settore manifatturiero o comunque ove vi siano logiche e dinamiche di lavorazione ed assemblaggio componenti di grande serie Provenienza necessaria da un settore con forte industrializzazione Capacità di migliorare ed ottimizzare le attività operative Capacità di saper comprendere le esigenze di mercato Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese Predisposizione e competenza al coordinamento di un gruppo di persone Forti capacità nella gestione delle risorse umane Flessibilità e problem solving sono requisiti fondamentali della posizione Human Value si occupa di attività di Search & Selection (Aut.
