Light Commercial Vehicles Manager
Sede di Lavoro: Lombardia (hybrid)

L'LCV Manager è responsabile di sviluppare le strategie di vendita di veicoli commerciali leggeri e le soluzioni di trasporto per i diversi canali di vendita (Network – Body Builders – Customer) in linea con gli obiettivi della Market Company. LCV Manager è coinvolto/a negli aspetti strategici, commerciali e tecnico-commerciali del prodotto e dei servizi associati; rappresenta il trait d'union con l'HQ per focalizzarsi sull'analisi delle soluzioni proposte da validare e divulgare sui canali di vendita; definisce le caratteristiche e i requisiti necessari per commercializzare le gamme LCV e le trasmette al team di vendita. È di sua responsabilità, lavorando in stretta sinergia con il Product Manager, Price Manager ed il Sales Director, definire la vision del prodotto a seguito della strategia commerciale.

Key Responsibilities

È responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita (ordini veicoli, quota di mercato, fatturato, margine) delle soluzioni di trasporto fissati dalla direzione commerciale come parte del business plan
Contribuisce alla definizione dei budget e definisce i fabbisogni di volume di produzione e fatturazione per linea di business
Stabilisce, implementa ed aggiorna la politica commerciale e bonus LCV, coordinandosi con il Sales director
Definisce e gestisce l'animazione delle gamme LCV: stabilisce e convalida gli obiettivi, monitora il raggiungimento e implementa i piani d'azione
Collabora con i Sales Area Manager per l'implementazione della strategia e della politica commerciale e bonus della gamma LCV.
Coordina congiuntamente con il dipartimento retail, aftersales e marketing, i lanci di nuovi modelli
Garantisce il giusto set up delle risorse commerciali all'interno della rete (compresi gli incentivi) e la loro competenza (compresa la formazione sui metodi commerciali e il lancio di prodotti, ecc.) ed assicura il training ai nuovi salesman interni e alla Rete
Fornisce eventuale supporto nella commercializzazione di offerte a flotte strategiche regionali
Promuove e sostiene la decarbonizzazione oltre a gestire le vendite di veicoli commerciali elettrici in linea con gli obiettivi ambiziosi per la gamma LCV.
Valida ed adatta i contenuti tecnici proposti da Casa Madre all'interno dei tools dedicati in cooperazione con il dipartimento prodotto.
Supporta e presenzia alle attività di rappresentanza e commerciali presso la Rete

I Requisiti

Laurea o Diploma
Esperienza pluriennale nel settore automotive, in un ruolo tecnico-commerciale in ambito LCV
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Capacità manageriale, doti analitiche, orientamento al business ed al cliente, buone attitudini relazionali e apertura verso l'innovazione sono caratteristiche che completano il profilo.
