**Per Sinergie Live Communication, stiamo ricercando PROJECT MANAGER e MICE SPECIALISTda inserire nel team Operation.
**
- Organizzazione e gestione di tutti servizi logistici in tutte le fasi del progetto Evento, ricerca di location e fornitori.
- Gestione del budget, sapendo trovare accordi vantaggiosi con i fornitori, garantendo la qualità di ogni singolo progetto.
- Gestione amministrativa e contabile dell'organizzazione dell'evento (fatturazione, acconti, pagamenti e chiusura contabile)
- Relazione con il Team vendite e direttamente con i clienti dove richiesto
- Rispetto delle scadenze, capacità di gestione di un team nei progetti più complessi
**Requirements**:
- Consolidata esperienza nella gestione ed organizzazioni di eventi sul territorio e all'estero
- Pregressa esperienza in agenzie del settore MICE
- Esperienza nel settore degli eventi B2B e corporate come Conventione d Incentive.
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
- Forte propensione al problem solving: capacitare di mediare, risolvere conflitti e gestire problematiche.
- Buone basi di gestione delle comunicazioni interne ed esterne.
- Inglese Fluente
- Ottime capacità di team working
- Precisione, accuratezza e attenzione al dettaglio
**Orario lavorativo**:Full time
