**Posizione**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of our Agriculture&Construction telematics products and services.
In this role, you will lead the product strategy, define the product roadmap, and implement effective marketing strategies to drive product adoption.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, customer service, and communication, you will ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our customers and contribute to business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.
Product Strategy and Development**:
- Lead the product strategy and vision for our Agriculture&Construction telematics solutions, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to identify market needs and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and international contexts, including defining relative business models.

Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with engineering, sales, customer service, and communication teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and define the complete life cycle of products and services.
**3.
Market Analysis and Improvement**:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to continuously improve the product and stay ahead of the competition.

Content Development**:
- Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, presentations, and promotional material, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our Agriculture&Construction telematics products.
**5.
Subject Matter Expertise**:
**Requisiti**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, marketing of technological solutions, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management in a software or technology-related field.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and launching telematics solutions (hardware and software) in the Agriculture&Construction sector.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to lead and influence without formal authority and drive stakeholder consensus.
