As a maintenance technician - electrical, you will carry out preventive and curative actions as well as maintain, repair and expand all installations (both low and medium, high voltage). Improve the installations in order to keep production running and optimize the operation of the installations. Repair electrical breakdowns and solve malfunctions, as well as repair or modify electrical installations based on the plans of the electrical and/or technical illustrator.

Responsibilities:

(Preventively) maintain and/or renew and/or expand the electrical installations and measurement and control installations (both low, medium and high voltage) taking into account the instruction list in order to optimize the availability and capacity of the installations.Repair breakdowns or malfunctioning of electrical installations and measurement and control systems.Ensure that the necessary actions, including any administration, are taken to allow the installations to be used in a safe manner.Assist and work with the operators on problems that shut down production in order to get production back up and running as quickly as possible.Assist external electricians with the installation of new machines, perform all connections, adjust the machines and, if necessary, escort external firms around the company premises.

About you:

Highschool degree – A2 Electricity or Electro-mechanics or equivalent by experienceKnowledge of high and low voltage, measurement and control technique and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulicsKnowledge of general technical regulations and safety rulesCertificate to drive the forklift and aerial platform BA5 (high voltage)Technical English – read and understand textOther languages are an asset
