This role is responsible for the design and high-quality implementation of specific IT solutions/applications.
The candidate must have a deep knowledge of IT systems that support business process execution.
They will deploy specific projects or support the IT Application Manager in identifying and deploying projects.
The candidate will work on the analysis and implementation of ERP modules and applications, liaising with both the IT department and business to track and follow up on projects.
Key Responsibilities: Benchmark IT solutions available in the market to support specific business functions or technical tools that can improve the quality speed of IT project delivery.
Develop and maintain specific applications, tracking the features of new releases.
Collect and analyze business requirements to define project scope and business case.
Manage projects in coordination with the IT Application Manager.
Contribute to project development for specific aspects where deep knowledge is required.
Serve as an internal reference point and tutor for assigned topics.
Interview, analyze documents, and gather requirements through workshops, surveys, and site visits.
Support and train key users on system functionalities.
Provide suggestions to the development team to meet customer business needs.
Deliver results after thorough research of functional needs through collaboration and communication.
Acquire deep knowledge of working systems and implement efficient changes for better performance.
Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements.
Design and execute test scripts and scenarios.
Manage change requests related to project plans to meet deadlines.
Act as an interface between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
Manage and coordinate IT Application Specialists and Analysts.
Key Deliverables: Speed and quality in identifying the best solution.
Project/IT systems delivery and documentation.
On-time project development and delivery.
Technical analysis documentation.
Process design documentation.
Functional analysis documentation.
Training material.
Test documentation.
Data validation documentation.
Job Requirements: Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering.
Experience in project development.
Knowledge of main IT solutions applicable in the business area.
Understanding of business processes related to finance and controlling.
Understanding of SQL language.
Strong experience in ERP business modules.
Good experience with technical tools integrated into IT applications.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a complex multinational environment.
Fluent in English.
Advanced use of MS Office tools.
Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
Proactive approach.
Ability to manage complexity and work under pressure.
Problem-solving skills.
Planning skills and ability to follow up and deliver results.
Leadership capabilities.
Project management skills.
