Inserito/a nella Funzione Maintenance, la risorsa riporterà al Maintenance Manager e lo supporterà nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi e performances delle linee produttive, attraverso il coordinamento e l'esecuzione delle attività manutentive richieste, coerentemente con gli obiettivi generali del Plant e rispettando le regole vigenti in materia di Qualità e Sicurezza, promuovendo l'integrazione tra le funzioni nell'ottica del miglioramento continuo.
La risorsa si occuperà di garantire il presidio della competenza e dell'appropriatezza delle attività inerenti la manutenzione all'interno del Plant.
Principali Responsabilità: * Monitoraggio dati di disponibilità asset/equipment e KBI, con relative proposte di azioni correttive/preventive finalizzate al miglioramento continuo ed al miglioramento generali delle performance .
* Supporto al Maintenance Manager nella definizione delle politiche manutentive e delle politiche ricambi oltre che nella costruzione del budget ricambi e costi manutenzione * Supporto al Capoturno nell'implementazione e aggiornamento del sistema TPM * Monitoraggio dei ricambi e del materiale di consumo di manutenzione utilizzati all'interno del Plant allo scopo di ottimizzarne il consumo e garantirne le scorte nel rispetto del budget assegnato.
* Presidio e coordinamento dello svolgimento delle attività manutentive all'interno del Plant * Contributo all'analisi critica delle politiche manutentive in collaborazione con il Maintenance Manager * Collabora allo svolgimento degli audit all'interno del Plant e garantisce l'attuazione dei relativi action plan * È responsabile dell'adeguatezza degli impianti del Plant di appartenenza al fine di produrre secondo gli standard qualitativi previsti * È responsabile, concordando con la funzione Plant Engineering termini ed obiettivi, del presidio di competenza in ambito tecnico dell'UPI Di cosa avremo bisogno: * Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica * Preferibile esperienza minima in Maintenance Engineering di aziende industriali * Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B2) * Buona padronanza di Excel Di cosa avrai bisogno: * Ottime doti relazionali e gestionali * Passione per la progettazione, affidabilità e cura dei dettagli * Capacità di lavorare in team * Flessibilità e proattività * Capacità di Problem Solving
