Per nostro importante e storico cliente del settore metalmeccanico, stiamo ricercando un
HR Shared Services & Admin Specialist
La risorsa collaborerà con il team HR e altri dipartimenti aziendali per il miglioramento continuo dei processi. Sarà sua cura segnalare gli interventi funzionali del gestionale aziendale e supportare la funzione amministrativa nella gestione delle presenze.
Responsabilità:
- Raccogliere, strutturare e analizzare dati HR da varie fonti per supportare le decisioni di business;
- Sviluppare e mantenere report HR per fornire approfondimenti utili ad HR ed altri stakeholder;
- Collaborare con gli enti esterni e interni che si occupano di compliance (nello specifico ISO/ESG/Gender Gap)
- Assistere nella progettazione e implementazione di metriche e KPI HR per misurare l'efficacia delle iniziative;
- Misurare la soddisfazione dei dipendenti e dei diversi dipartimenti aziendali e proporre miglioramenti;
- Collaborare con il team IT per lo sviluppo di nuovi software, anche supportati dall'IA
- Occuparsi del data entry e della manutenzione dei dati riguardanti i dipendenti e l'organizzazione aziendale, nonché del processo mensile di payroll, supportando le società del Gruppo;
- Aggiornarsi continuativamente sulle tendenze del settore e sulle migliori pratiche nell'analisi HR;
- Costruire e indirizzare le attività di HRIS verso l'innovazione e l'eccellenza.
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Risorse Umane, Economia, Statistica, Data Science o esperienza equivalente.
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2-3 anni nella gestione di progetti di trasformazione dei processi HR/HRIS e analisi dei dati.
- Familiarità con software e strumenti di analisi dei dati e di business intelligence, excel avanzato.
- Forti capacità analitiche e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Capacità di visione d'insieme e spiccata intelligenza sociale.
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e interpersonali.
- Competenze di project management e problem solving.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e in team.
- E' preferibile una buona conoscenza dei sistemi Zucchetti.
L'azienda offre assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato. Ral da definire in base alle competenze maturate, mensa aziendale, welfare e bonus annuale.
