Randstad Italia per Milano Cortina 2026 ricerca un Workforce Planning Specialist per l'area  Human Capital.
La Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 è il Comitato Organizzatore dei Giochi e svolge le attività di organizzazione, promozione e comunicazione di tutti gli eventi sportivi e culturali relativi alle prossime Olimpiadi e Paralimpiadi invernali.

Questa posizione è parte integrante dell'area funzionale Venues & Infrastructure (VNI) e gestirà un team per progettare e fornire le infrastrutture temporanee per un gruppo di sedi in linea con le tappe concordate, i piani di progetto e i budget riferendo al Venue Design Lead / Capo direttore.
Le tue responsabilità: Gestirai la progettazione e la consegna dell'overlay per un gruppo di sedi di competizione e non di competizione; Preparerai le informazioni relative alla progettazione e all'approvvigionamento di infrastrutture temporanee, nonché al coordinamento della programmazione/pianificazione, consegna del sito/scopi di sicurezza.
Contribuirai all'istituzione e alla comunicazione dei processi di consegna dell'overlay, inclusa la gestione del cambiamento, ai fornitori e alle parti interessate di MC26; Gestirai l'impostazione e la produzione dei documenti relativi alla progettazione e all'overlay attraverso i software appropriatiSviluppare e riferire sul lavoro di progettazione e sulla consegna di progetti di sovrapposizione in un gruppo di sedi.
Coordinarai il team di progettazione e consegna del cluster.
Supportarai e gestirai i rapporti continuativi con i fornitori di servizi per garantire una consegna efficiente ed efficace.
Garantirai un elevato standard di relazione con tutte le funzioni interne, le parti interessate, gli appaltatori e simili.
Gestirai le relazioni interfunzionali per garantire comunicazione e coordinamento in maniera efficace, Gestirai le possibili implicazioni di budget trovando soluzioni progettuali in maniera consapevole rispettando i vincoli di budget; Rispettarai le politiche, le pratiche standard e il programma in materia di salute e sicurezza della Società.
