Descrizione del ruolo
Il/La Sales Representative assicura la strategia di acquisizione e gestione dei clienti per l'area di competenza (Centro Sud e Isole), garantendo il raggiungimento delle vendite e dell'EBIT.
Responsabilità
Definire le azioni opportune per la vendita ai singoli clienti, in linea con la politica aziendale e concordandole con l'Amministratore Delegato.
Analizzare i report mensili su ordini, vendite e portafoglio prodotti, creando azioni correttive se necessario.
Eseguire trattative con i clienti per soddisfare le loro richieste in termini di caratteristiche del prodotto e tempi di consegna.
Cura i rapporti con la clientela attraverso frequenti visite e contatti telefonici.
Sviluppare il portafoglio esistente, occupandosene in prima persona.
Qualifiche e skills
Laurea o Diploma.
Esperienza anche breve ma comprovata nel settore vendite e commerciale, preferibilmente nel mondo del packaging.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e dei principali tool informatici.
Ottime capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione.
Ottime capacità relazionali e di team work.
La ricerca è rivolta ad entrambi i sessi (L.903/77).
