The candidate will report directly to the Head of Finance & Administration and will supervise a team of 9 people.MAIN TASKS: Preparation of the financial statements and consolidated financial statement according to the national accounting principles of Prometeia S.p.A., and preparation of the statutory financial statements according to international accounting standards (IFRS) for the subsidiary Prometeia Advisor Sim S.p.A.;Organization and control of periodic accounting closure activities for the preparation of quarterly financial statements, and support to the Controlling team for the preparation of the Monthly Revenues Report;Supervision and coordination of all administrative activities of the Group: active invoicing process, monitoring of collections, and analysis of overdue payments;purchase cycle process;intercompany reconciliations;compliance with accounting, administrative, corporate, and tax requirements (e.g., patent box);support to the Foreign Office team for the supervision of the accounting of foreign branches.
Processing of accounting entries related to complex and/or extraordinary transactions;Verification, application, and implementation of new national and/or international accounting standards applicable to the Group's Companies;Updating and continuous improvement of accounting procedures;Support in managing relationships with the Board of Auditors, administrative consultants, and the audit firm.Management and coordination of a team of 9 people REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience of at least 10 years in the same role within structured companiesExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and accounting systems SOFT SKILLS: Excellent ability to manage people and timeExcellent communication skills and ability to cooperate with diverse company departmentsWillingness to bring continuous improvement of the company culture and interest in digital innovation of the company processesFlexibility and problem solvingGood English level (at least B1) LOCATIONBolognaWHAT WE OFFER:COMPENSATION, WELFARE & BENEFIT Our history, as well as the future, is based on the value of our people.
