You will be the HRIS reference for the maintenance and updating of the systems.This experience will enable you to work closely with the HR HRIS team in Paris and locally with the Finance Department.You will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build up knowledge on the business processes of luxurious goods while working in an increasingly challenging environment and on engaging projects.Job ResponsibilitiesYOUR IMPACTBudgeting Activities (Leather Industrial Retail)Process HR Budget and the annual reviews (R1 and R2) for employees and interim.Create budget report for Industrial Director, HR, and Finance Departments.Analyze and prepare monthly and annual reports on employee costs/HC vs budget-R1-R2 and verify deviations.Reporting ActivitiesManage the interim analyzing costs, interim fee, and HC.Prepare and analyze monthly the HR KPIs: absenteeism, holidays, smart working, overtime…Process monthly and annually the HR reports requested by Celine Paris and LVMH Group.HRIS Activities and Reporting support for all Celine subsidiaries in ItalyEnsure the full operability of HR systems and tools, and take care of their maintenance and updating, interfacing with the technical team in Paris.Ensure the quality of data and the homogeneity of the processes applied for their extraction, reporting, and analysis.Other ActivitiesManage operationally the ICR (Annual Salary Review) process by processing the supporting documentation and uploading the final data to the system.Develop internal and external CB analysis and prepare market benchmark analyses.Develop gender equity analysis in the company.Update monthly the company organizational charts and the HR system master data.ProfileKEYS FOR SUCCESS Education: Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent (Business School).
Experience: Position requires a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in HRIS project management.
Competencies: Preferred knowledge of Success Factor (CORE HR) system and Zucchetti.
Knowledge of Italian payroll processes and of HR budget.
Project management.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Team-working, proactivity, and flexibility.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus.
Workplace: Celine Production, Via di Meleto 1, Strada in Chianti (FI).
