German - Business Development Representative Role description Your role as Business Development Representative will encompass outbound B2B calling within your assigned territory and/or market, attaining, maintaining, and growing strategic relationships with executive and senior level decision makers at some of the largest companies in the world. You will need to understand and identify customer needs and ultimately develop sales opportunities for our fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities Generate qualified sales opportunities in assigned companies through campaign-driven outbound calling against set KPIsIdentify and nurture potential sales leads to become fully qualified opportunities ready for handover to client sales / channel partnersDevelop strong working relationships with client sales teamDevelop and maintain detailed knowledge of client's business, products and objectivesDevelop sound understanding of competitor landscape and client's USPsAcquire key intelligence of potential prospect company via telephone and research sourcesDevelop and maintain accurate and detailed customer and prospect company informationMaintain an updated CRM database and a pipeline of prospectsContribute valuable insight to our clients in regards to campaign, data quality, leads, and other campaign qualitative factorsRequirements Mother tongue language: GermanExperience in a telesales, customer service, help desk, and/or inside sales role of at least 1 year (B2B a plus)Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets/goals, or other KPIsExperience working in a target-driven environment with particular focus on customer satisfaction and qualityExperience and good working knowledge of the technology/business application industriesGood written & spoken English, able to summarize conversations accurately and unambiguouslyExcellent communication, organizational and customer service skills (comfortable with outbound calling)Confident, polite, and friendly, with business acumen, negotiating skills and able to engage with high level decision makersSales minded, business savvy, and customer orientedDetail orientedReports to 3D2B Project ManagerBenefits Dynamic international environment with American business methodology and managementOpportunity to represent and work with fortune 500 companies in the high technology industryIncentive programsExcellent career path and career progression opportunities for successful candidatesFun, state of the art office and working environmentMandatory documents required Valid EU identity card or valid passportFiscal Code or documentation providing proof of issueValid Foreigners permit to stay and work for non-EU citizens (Permesso di Soggiorno)
