La figura ricercata sarà assunta dalla società STILL s.p.a., parte dell'organizzazione Kion Industrial Trucks Solutions EMEA- ITALY. Questa comprende al suo interno i brand STILL, Linde Material Handling e Baoli. Questi brand sono parte del KION Group, gruppo internazionale leader nel settore del material handling e dell'intralogistica.
Missione:
Coordina l'organizzazione e le attività del Service in linea con i target assegnati e nel rispetto della strategia aziendale. Assicura la corretta pianificazione dei progetti in ambito Service e promuove lo sviluppo dell'attività del service, garantendone la profittabilità.
Responsabilità chiave:
Definisce la strategia da adottare per i clienti principali e potenziali con riferimento agli ordini di service, assicurando la loro soddisfazione;
Garantisce il coordinamento e la gestione dell'attività dei Service Team Coordinator e Service Consultant, assegnando gli obiettivi e garantendone lo sviluppo;
Gestisce e promuove l'acquisizione di nuovi clienti per il Service, attraverso una spiccata attività commerciale diretta;
Pianifica e guida i progetti in ambito service;
Ha la responsabilità amministrativa del processo legato agli ordini di service, coordinando l'attività dei Service Back Office;
Collabora con il Datore di Lavoro alla corretta applicazione delle indicazioni in ambito salute e ambiente.
Requisiti professionali:
Laurea in discipline tecniche;
Esperienze precedenti in ruoli analoghi preferibilmente presso aziende del settore dei carrelli elevatori o settori affini, di medio-grandi dimensioni e modernamente organizzate;
Solido background tecnico (meccanico e/o elettronico e/o gestionale);
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office e di un ERP gestionale;
Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative;
Qualità di leadership e capacità di gestire risorse;
Elevato livello di organizzazione e capacità di gestire in autonomia il proprio lavoro;
Capacità di pianificazione;
Capacità analitiche e problem solving.
