How we hire
providing legal support related to business and corporate compliance activities;sharing opinions and advice upon request from senior management and/or other departments;developing specific expertise in response to data management and control activities (such as managing processes on Anti-Money Laundering, Data Protection, Privacy, and Intellectual Property);liaising with external legal and professional firms;monitoring regulatory updates to ensure the company complies with existing legislation and meets business objectives.What we offerThe selection of this figure must be placed within a process of national and international expansion of the company driven by distinctive business results. Therefore, the professional will support the company in implementing functions to support compliance and client management processes.Due to the type of activities to be carried out and the development perspective of the role, Lionard offers a p.iva contract with a salary commensurate with the experience and real skills of the resource.RequirementsThe selection criteria are as follows:
a law degree with a grade of 100/110 or higher;a license to practice law;good proficiency in written and spoken English (at least B2 level).Additionally, the ideal professional has:
a minimum of three years of experience in the role is required, preferably within law firms or structured corporate entities;knowledge of corporate governance systems and key commercial contract clauses, such as civil process and civil and commercial law institutes;good leadership and communication skills, as well as flexibility and dynamism.It is essential that the candidate is willing to work full-time in attendance at the Florence office.
