Job Description: La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione delle attività di approvvigionamento nel settore dei trasporti, garantendo l'ottimizzazione dei costi e l'efficienza delle operazioni logistiche. Questa figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con i fornitori e i team interni per assicurare un servizio di alta qualità.
Responsabilità: Sviluppare e implementare strategie di approvvigionamento per il trasporto, in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali, promuovendo anche Tender.Valutare e selezionare fornitori di servizi di trasporto, gestendo le trattative contrattuali.Monitorare le performance dei fornitori e garantire il rispetto degli SLA (Service Level Agreements).Collaborare con il team logistico per analizzare e migliorare i processi di trasporto e distribuzione.Collaborare con il reparto Legal & Quality per la redazione e controllo dei contratti e dei Quality Agreement.Analizzare i costi e proporre soluzioni per ottimizzare le spese di trasporto.Gestire e risolvere eventuali problemi legati alla logistica e ai fornitori.Mantenere aggiornate le informazioni sui fornitori e i contratti, fornendo report regolari sulla performance.Gestione Clienti: Allineata a questa attività, il ruolo prevede la gestione delle relazioni con i clienti chiave dell'azienda. Questa figura avrà l'obiettivo di garantire la massima soddisfazione dei clienti e di contribuire alla crescita dei ricavi attraverso strategie di vendita mirate.
Gestire un portafoglio di clienti strategici, fungendo da punto di contatto principale.Sviluppare e implementare piani strategici per ogni key account, identificando opportunità di cross-selling e up-selling.Analizzare le esigenze dei clienti e fornire soluzioni personalizzate.Collaborare con i team interni (marketing, prodotto, assistenza clienti) per garantire un servizio eccellente.Monitorare le performance dei clienti e fornire reportistica regolare sulla soddisfazione e sullo sviluppo delle vendite.Negoziare contratti e accordi commerciali, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato; incluso la preparazione di Tender.Partecipare a fiere, eventi e incontri con i clienti per promuovere i prodotti/servizi dell'azienda.Requisiti: Precedente esperienza in aziende logistiche in ruoli di ricerca e sviluppo di servizi di trasporto FTL e LTL nazionale e internazionale.Precedente esperienza nella ricerca, valutazione e organizzazione di servizi esterni di trasporto.Capacità di gestione di un team di lavoro (8 persone in presenza + 5 in remoto).Capacità di gestione commerciale di clienti italiani e/o internazionali.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Organizzazione, proattività, problem solving e attitudine commerciale completano il profilo.Employee Type:
