">We are seeking an experienced Guest Management Manager to join our team at Balich Wonder Studio. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences across luxury brand partnerships. You will collaborate with the Head of Guest Management and the Brand Experiences team to deliver exceptional service quality, manage logistics, and build strong relationships with VIP guests.

- Logistical Coordination: Research, evaluate, and manage suppliers involved in guest management; location and hotel scouting; overseeing logistical aspects of guest management, including transportation, accommodation, and on-site support.">
- VIP Guest Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, celebrities, and high-profile attendees; serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests before, during, and after events.">
- Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with event planners, designers, and other stakeholders to create customized experiences for VIP guests; develop detailed guest lists and seating arrangements for events.">

- Proficiency in English and Italian (professional working proficiency);">
