Votre mission RETAIL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER La tua Missione Contribuire alla crescita sostenibile e durevole del gruppo Pierre Fabre sviluppando le il sell-out e l'immagine di tutti i brand del gruppo.Contribuire al raggiungimento dei risultati di business (sell-in, sell-out, quote di mercato) delle marche Eau Thermale Avène, Ducray, A-derma, Klorane, René Furterer, definendo la politica di visibilità del punto vendita, nel rispetto degli obiettivi di posizionamento, marginalità e profitto e dell'immagine e posizionamento di ogni brand.Attuare le strategie sul punto vendita attraverso gli strumenti di volta in volta condivisi con la Direzione, siano essi interni che esternalizzati.Responsabilità:
BRAND IMAGE Garantisce l'immagine, la visibilità e la notorietà dei brand sul punto vendita attraverso le attività del team dei retail developer e/o di agenzie esterne nel rispetto delle priorità, delle linee guida e dei budget di marca.SVILUPPO SELL-OUT Ha la responsabilità di proporre, implementare e monitorare le attività rivolte al sostegno e sviluppo del sell-out dei clienti Pierre Fabre attraverso materiali e progetti punto vendita.Monitora costantemente i risultati quanti/qualitativi delle azioniGESTIONE BUDGET Propone e definisce il budget di progetto (risorse, campioni etc) e garantisce il monitoraggio continuo, il rispetto e l'eventuale adattamento a fronte di cambiamenti organizzativi o scostamenti significativi dall'obiettivo.CONSULENZE PUNTO VENDITA Promuove e organizza consulenze presso i clienti in sinergia con team commerciale per lo sviluppo del punto vendita e la crescita della partnership con Pierre FabreRETAIL ACADEMY Sviluppa un percorso di formazione di alta professionalità per lo sviluppo della visione retail presso clienti esterni ed interni. Si occupa dei progetti speciali inerenti l'area di competenza (analisi sell-out ad hoc, ricerche di mercato, analisi sul comportamento d'acquisto del consumatore).MANAGEMENT Gestisce e coordina la rete dei retail developer Pierre Fabre nel rispetto degli obiettivi e comportamenti Pierre FabreDIGITALIZZAZIONE Responsabile dell'aggiornamento e sviluppo dei contenuti e dei servizi trade disponibili sulla piattaforma B2B Pierre Fabre (Campus).RAPPORTI INTERFUNZIONALI Gestisce le relazioni con: casa madre per la condivisione dei progetti internazionali; le direzioni per quelli nazionali attraverso lo scambio di informazioni, la condivisione dei progetti, l'acquisizione dei format esistenti e la creazione di nuovi, nel rispetto delle strategie definite. Padronanza di excel è prerogativa imprescindibile.
L'esperienza maturata in ambito dermocosmetico o "beauty", sarà considerata titolo preferenziale. La propensione al lavoro di squadra e alla gestione della complessità risulta necessaria.
Conoscenza dei trend, visione e una forte propensione all'innovazione sono ricercate.
Disponibilità a spostamenti sul territorio nazionale.
Padronanza lingua inglese.
