Synergie Italia - divisione specializzata #HOBE seleziona per nota catena alberghiera di lusso: GUEST EXPERIENCE SUPERVISOR È il referente per ogni richiesta o necessità degli ospiti che vi alloggiano, si prende cura degli ospiti in tutto e per tutto a partire dall'accoglienza. Fornisce loro assistenza, risolve i loro problemi e dà risposte a eventuali domande e/o richieste, tenendo conto delle preferenze degli ospiti in modo tale da garantire un approccio genuino e personalizzato. Si occupa di fornire assistenza, curando nel dettaglio tutti gli aspetti di una customer care che comprende qualità del prodotto, servizi puntuali, cura del personale , mettendo a disposizione le proprie competenze culturali e linguistiche (traduzioni di informazioni, menu, ecc). La risorsa dovrà conoscere la lista degli arrivi della giornata con i relativi orari ed eventuali richieste particolari dei clienti in arrivo. Inoltre è prevista la promozione dei servizi proposti dall'hotel. Si dovrà prestare attenzione che tutte le aree comuni dell'hotel siano mantenute pulite, attrezzate e in ordine in ogni momento, riferendo eventuali mancanze ai relativi manager (Governante, F&B Manager, Front Office Manager…), al fine di risolvere i problemi ed implementare il miglior servizio nel minor tempo possibile. E' richiesta esperienza nel Front Desk , come Guest Relation o similari. Requisito fondamentale conoscenza della lingua inglese, la conoscenza di una terza lingua sarà considerato un plus. Ottime competenze comunicative, buone capacità di leadership, lavoro di squadra e innovazione. L'offerta è rivolta a candidat? nel rispetto del Dlgs 198/2006 e dei Dlgs 215/2003 e 216/2003.
