Customer Care Assistant in stage, per la Business Line Softlines&Hardlines (SL&HL). SL&HL, con più di 7000 dipendenti e 338 laboratori in tutto il mondo, è in grado di provvedere ad una svariata tipologia di servizi e test sui prodotti in ambito Tessile, Calzature e Pelle (test sui prodotti tessili, calzature e prodotti in cuoio) Hardline (test su giocattoli e prodotti per l'infanzia, cucina, vasellame, equipaggiamento sportivo, decorazioni per la casa) Food Contact (materiali a contatto con gli alimenti). La risorsa, dopo una prima fase di training ed affiancamento, supporterà il proprio tutor ed il team nelle attività di certificazione prodotto su differenti tipologie di DPI (Dispositivi di Protezione Individuale). Supporterà il reperimento e la gestione della documentazione, interfacciandosi con i clienti e ponendosi come punto di riferimento per le altre sedi Intertek intercompany, a livello internazionale. Cosa ti aspetta: · supporto clienti, nazionali ed internazionali, comunicando lo stato di avanzamento di progetti e fornendo supporto locale per la risoluzione di problematiche legate all'accesso dei prodotti nei nuovi mercati · Interfaccia con le sedi Intertek all'estero per la gestione dei progetti di certificazione · Analisi e gestione della documentazione tecnica necessaria per le attività di certificazione · Aggiornamento della banca dati regolatoria.
