Continuous Improvement Site ExpertPrincipali attività: Facilita e promuove il processo di miglioramento continuo, la cultura e l'implementazione dei programmi del sito nell'ambito delle operazioni di magazzino.Identifica, guida e realizza progetti LSS utilizzando la metodologia DMAIC e gli strumenti statistici in linea con gli obiettivi del sito e i requisiti di budget.Implementa e gestisce gli standard e gli strumenti previsti dal programma di eccellenza operativa di Kuehne+Nagel, come 5S, Visual Management, Standard work, schede SQCDEP e altro ancora.Co-facilitare eventi Deep Dive Value Stream e lean a livello locale.Formare, allenare e supportare i dipendenti a vari livelli dell'organizzazione nell'applicazione di tecniche e strumenti di miglioramento continuo.Sede di lavoro: Mantova
