CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SITE EXPERT

Mansioni:

La risorsa si occuperà di:

· Facilitare e promuove il processo di miglioramento continuo, la cultura e l'implementazione del programma del sito in tutta l'attività di magazzino;

· Identificare, guidare e consegnare progetti LSS utilizzando la metodologia DMAIC e lo strumento statistico in linea con gli obiettivi del sito e i requisiti di budget;

· Facilitare eventi Deep Dive Value Stream e lean a livello locale;

· Formare, allenare e supportare i dipendenti a vari livelli nell'organizzazione nell'applicazione di tecniche e strumenti di miglioramento continuo.

Requisiti:

· Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria gestionale/industriale o equivalente;

· Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo;

· Esperienza comprovata di utilizzo di strumenti Lean Six Sigma e completamento di progetti di miglioramento continuo;

· Sarà considerato un plus il possesso della certificazione di Lean Six Sigma Green Belt;

· Competenze avanzate negli strumenti MS Office, Minitab sarà considerato un plus;

· Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
