Job Opportunity: Graduate Program in SalesLocation: Monza-Brianza, Italy
The Adecco Group is seeking talented individuals for its Graduate Program in Sales at the Milan branch.
This program offers a unique opportunity to develop skills and gain experience, preparing you for key roles in Sales, from Account Specialist to Branch Manager.
Initially, you'll undertake an internship as an Account Specialist, familiarizing yourself with the Adecco Group and its brands, and gaining hands-on sales experience along with comprehensive training.
Throughout the program, you'll work alongside the Branch Manager to master the role.
Subsequently, you'll independently handle business development and customer loyalty within your territory, progressing to Sales Account.
At the end of the program, you'll be equipped to manage a branch, its revenue, and team.
Main Activities You Will LearnIdentify ways to develop the branch's business, including using new digital tools (CRM, BI).Plan daily contacts and visits for customer management and acquisition based on territorial analysis and using the CRM.Implement business development actions such as proactive contacts, negotiations, and offers, along with customer visits and loyalty initiatives.Manage negotiations and maintain commercial relationships with clients.QualificationsDegree (completed or in progress)Knowledge of EnglishWhat We Are Looking ForEntrepreneurial spirit, passion, teamwork, customer focusInterest in salesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsMonthly reimbursement and daily meal vouchersCompany PC and phoneComprehensive training, both on-field and classroom-basedAdditional details about our Graduate Program can be found here:
