If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love engaging with clients, and have a strong eye for detail, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Customer Journey Management: From the moment of contract, you'll be the key point of contact, ensuring a smooth and exceptional customer experience.Site Inspections & Briefings: Conduct site inspections and communicate clearly with the sales team to ensure every detail is covered.Seamless Event Handover: Work closely with the Re-Active Sales Team to ensure all event details are accurately handed over, creating a seamless experience for the customer.Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and proactive communication throughout the event planning process.Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure all agreed services are delivered, and exceed customer expectations whenever possible.Event Planning Support: Assist clients with menu planning, food and beverage coordination, room set-ups, décor, entertainment, and more, working with external vendors as needed.Contract Management: Confirm event details and negotiate pricing for food, beverages, and hotel services within the approved guidelines.Event Execution: Ensure that all event logistics run smoothly from set-up to break-down, and that the client is delighted with every aspect of their event.Revenue and Reporting: Help achieve revenue targets through upselling and efficient coordination, and handle administrative tasks such as forecasts and feedback collection.
